Can I buy one model and try it?
Yes. Every model is a complete governed workbook with its own data dictionary and QA sheet, not a cut-down teaser. It is the first rung of the same architecture as the full Control Room, so nothing is rebuilt if you go further.
What happens to what I’ve already spent if I book a Control Room?
Anything spent on AU$500 models or reporting profiles in the 90 days before you book is credited in full against the AU$7,500 Control Room.
How long does a Control Room install take?
The target is 14 days from the day we have access to your data exports, followed by 14 days of hypercare. The timing is confirmed in your written proposal.
We run more than one site. How is that priced?

Is there ongoing support?
An optional care plan at AU$300 a month covers refresh support, light updates, one new reporting profile a quarter and a quarterly health check.
How does this compare with OEE or production-monitoring software?
Monitoring software is usually billed per machine, per month, and often needs sensors or hardware fitted. A Lodestone Control Room runs in the Excel you already own, on the exports you already have, for a one-off AU$7,500 per site. If you later move to a monitoring system, the KPI definitions, owners and cadence carry straight across.
Do prices include GST?
No. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
